I had a couple of basic issues and I'm just not handy. So I googled plumbers in Vista, CA. CSR Plumbing popped up and had a great rating so I gave them a call. They sent someone out the same day. I had no idea that they were located in San Diego and the person drove 45 minutes up to Vista to take a look and quickly determine that it was a simple seal for a brand they don't stock, and gave me all the information I needed to get one at Home Depot and fix myself. He was incredibly nice about the situation and refused to charge me, even though he had driven a long ways to get here and a long drive back. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the service and honesty and would highly recommend CSR for your plumbing needs. Thank you.

Would not guarantee that the plumber they send to my home would be vaccinated. That is unacceptable in today's environment.

I needed a plumber to fix my shower that was no longer putting out hot water. I also needed another shower pipe lengthened and a repair to a hot water heater.
The technician, Gilbert, was great. I received a text when he was on his way. He was professional and efficient.
The only suggestion I'd have would be to give some estimate of repairs prior to completing them. I felt the prices were very fair and reasonable, however.
I would hire them again and recommend to others.

We needed a plumber fast!  I was able to schedule online which was very easy.  Shortly after I made the appointment I got a call from their office as the time I picked was no longer available and could I pick a new time.  I appreciated the quick phone call and we were able to pick a time that worked well.  At the time of the appointment, they sent me a text letting me know they were on their way.  This was great because it showed me they valued my time as well as their own.  They were on time, very efficient, pleasant and left the area they worked on clean.  I will definitely use them again.

Fixed my ac in less than 20 minutes thank you. San diego has been having a heat wave and also changed my filter for $5 dollars more. Great work.

I recently had to install a new kitchen sink in my house and I was struggling to find a right company to do the project. Among three companies that I picked from Yelp(based on reviews) they're the most reliable one because they delivered what they promised without adding any other extra charges. To be honest, there are so many fake good reviews on Yelp and if you chose a wrong one, you might get scammed very easily. First company almost charged me with double price what TL premier provided and when I asked if there is any discount, they brutally didn't reply me back. The second company told me that they're too busy to deal with small project like this. I was like WTF? People don't want to make money? Manny, who is running TL premier plumbing company, is a very humble guy and he made sure my sink got installed properly without any other extra charges. Their service is extremely fast and professional. I'm so happy to hire them to finish my project. If I do have projects in the future I will definitely hire them again. Thank you guys !

We had 3 bathroom faucets that looked fine when we first moved in but 2 years later, they had corroded and were beaten up by the hard water.  The style of faucet also spattered and dripped water all over the place causing damage to the baseboards closest to the sink.  Two of the sinks had temporary accordion plumbing down below so we wanted those replaced with more permanent piping.  Community Plumbing seemed to be a neighborhood favorite on Nextdoor so I reached out.  Eric returned my call in between jobs and was helpful and friendly over the phone.  I followed up with photos of the faucets and Eric was helpful in suggesting brands and finishes that would better handle hard water.  This helped narrow my search for replacement faucets.  Once ordered, I was able to get an appointment on the books.  Days before the appointment, Eric reached out explaining that a job they were on took a bit of turn and would require more time than originally anticipated so said we'd have to reschedule for the following week.  I was bummed we had to reschedule but understood.  Something to keep in mind is that Eric & Tony are a two man show so texting, calls and more administrative tasks happen in between jobs.  All this to say that if you don't hear back right away, just be patient as they will get back to you as soon as they can! I just think this is helpful to keep in mind.  The benefit is that Eric & Tony take a lot of pride in the quality of their work.  They are really amazing at managing expectations and ultimately over delivering.  They work together brilliantly and the outcome speaks to that.  I requested they wear booties in addition to wearing masks and they didn't even bat an eye at the request.  They even took care in cleaning old build up from the previous faucet and offered maintenance tips.  They were super respectful of our little space.  On top of all of this, the price was reasonable and I appreciated how engaging they were. I'm attaching photos of the before and after.  I will definitely be reaching out to Community Plumbing (Eric & Tony) for all things plumbing going forward!  Beautful work!

I left 2 voicemail messages and sent an email over a period of several days with zero response.  Even if she were to respond now, I wouldn't hire her because she seems to be flakey.  Given the other rave reviews, it is disappointing.

We needed a number of jobs done all at once when my mother in law moved into a new place. Rafael came out and gave us an affordable quote and scheduled next day work. He and Richard got a new gas stovetop installed, a gas washer/dryer unit plumbed and installed, a new sink plumbed, a new shower head installed, and even gave us a tip about the problem we are having with hot water in the shower stall. It was above and beyond what we originally asked for. They were professional all the while and cleaned up tidily after every job. Thanks, guys!

Found an original construction gas pipe for a gas fireplace that was removed decades ago in the wall. The gas pipe was in the way of a new electrical project and it had to go now.

I contacted Omar and he sent Jose to my place within an hour. Nice guy, lots of energy, answered all my dumb questions and got the old pipe capped off and removed.

Amazing Customer Service!  Polite, Organized and skilled.   I plan to utilize these guys for any future plumbing service.   They stand behind their work too... they came out for a backed up kitchen sink,  the sink was flowing again in no time.   They left and their was a super tiny leak from a loose pipe.   Without hassle or question they sent someone back out right away to fix it... been running clean since.   Love these guys... I've been through so many bad plumbers ... these guys made it a pleasant experience.
